General - Sh'ae is a man who most would describe as being a fairly attractive person. He inherited much of his colouring and general looks from his mother, though he has the strong build of his father's line.
Height - Standing at six feet tall on his bare feet, Sh'ae is a tall man. He makes the most of his height and a fairly straight posture only emphasizes this trait.
Build - Sh'ae isn't a widely build man, but he is solid. A life of hard work has given him a good set of muscles, more than might be expected of a young man with regal blood-ties.
Skintone - While Sh'ae's skintone tends towards the paler end of the spectrum, he does have a decent tan to him thanks to the amount of time he spends outdoors.
Scars - While he might be young, Sh'ae has his share of scars. Most of them are thin clean lines, result of training accidents during his time as a guard. He has the usual signs of little nicks an scraps of a rough and tumble childhood.
Hair - Thick and slightly wavy, Sh'ae's hair is a strong black in colour. He wears it fairly long, enough that he can pull most of it back into a short tight tail if he needs to. Mostly though he leaves it loose unless he's training or at a particularly vigorous task.
Eyes - A simple mid grey in colouring, Sh'ae's eyes are rather pretty, but nothing particularly extraordinary.

Clothing - Sh'ae is usually a rather stylish young man. He likes to dress well and even when he's lazing about in a bit of free and unoccupied time, he always seems to look good.
Personality:
Intelligent - While Sh'ae doesn't advertise the fact that he's quite an intelligent man, if you watch him, you can see it. He is always watching and listening, taking in the world around him even when he appears to be completely engrossed in what he is doing.
Cheerful - Sh'ae is a positive sort of person. He prefers to keep his mind of the good things in life rather than focusing on the negatives. It is a defense against the less pleasant things that a guardsman sees in the course of their duties and against the pressures of his family line.
Loyal - To Sh'ae, loyalty is something which is to be taken seriously. He does not give his loyalty lightly and it is a thing which is not taken away lightly either. His family in particular is important to him, and Sh'ae will do almost anything to protect the people that he feels to be his.
Honourable - Sh'ae has a strong sense of honour. He was raised to be a gentleman, with all the positive values which a nobleman should aspire to have and those have stuck strongly with him throughout his life. The rough and tumble world of a guard, and then the life of the weyr have given him insight into other sides of the morality of the world.
History:
Age 0
- Shaenye is born the second son of Lord Stenyik and Lady Shaelir of Nabol Hold
Age 2
- Shaenye's sister Llira is born.
Age 7
- On a trip to the coast, Shaenye finds a firelizard clutch on the beach while hunting for seashells. The clutch is about to hatch, too late for him to call attention to it and take the eggs home. With the kind of daring and reckless disregard for the dangers that only a child can manage, Shaenye braves the wrath of the gathered wild fair in order to steal an egg. He comes away with three, and a number of 'lizard induced scratches. The two smaller eggs are duds, but Shaenye's larger egg hatches into a golden queen. He gives her the name, Kaeri. Though some people worry about having a queen bonded to one so young, there is little they can do about it by the time Shaenye returns to the group.
Age 8
- Shaenye is encouraged to think about joining a craft. He thinks on a dozen different things but it not until he comes across the training yard of the hold's guardsmen, that he knows what he wants to be. It is not a traditional craft, but when he brings it up, it is deemed an acceptable path for him to take.
- At one turn old, Kaeri makes her first flight. Those who had worried about how Shaenye would react to the queen's mating, are mollified when Shaenye does not appear to react to the flight beyond simply acknowledging that it is happening.
- Shaenye's family organise for him to begin studying with a retired guardsman to prepare for when he is old enough to enlist in the guard.
Age 12
- Shaenye is accepted as a trainee guardsman. As the son of a noble, he has an advantage in his basic classes, and an advantage in his weapons classes because of his previous training. Because he is still expected to carry out his duties to family and hold, when some of his classmates are having their basic lessons, the ones he already knows well beyond the point of most full guardsmen, Shaenyne is pulled aside and continues to learn the arts of a nobleman.
Age 17
- While on duty as a guard to his family during a gather away from their borders, Shaenye is searched by a dragon from Black Sands Weyr.
Age 18
- Shaenye stands for a queen's clutch and impresses to Ruby Tzeth.
Age 20
-Tzeth makes his first chase.
TZETH

Tzeth's colouring is an eye-catching one. he has a warm strong red colour as his base shade. A lighter white-pink colour marker the underside of his neck, belly and tail, as well as the inside of each leg and the undersides of his wings. It colours the end of his muzzle, streaking up in a slowly narrowing blaze to come to a point just above his eyes. Open spots cover the rest of his hide, dark broken circles surrounding a faded red. The colour from the base of his skull to the tip of his tail, over the backs of both wings, and down his legs, reaching his wrist joints on his forelimbs and his ankle joints on his hind legs. The darkest colour also marks spots and stripes around his eyes.
Just as his colouring resembles a cat in it's look, so too is Tzeth built like one. He has a powerful build, being a dragon intended for strength and endurance over quick turns and bursts of speed.
Personality:
Happy - A cheery lad, Tzeth takes few things seriously. He considers it his duty to remind people that there is more to life than the darkness which so many seem to focus on. Yes, there are bad things in the world, but good things remain no matter how dark the days may have become.
Playful - In some ways, Tzeth never quite grew up. He plays in the manner of a hatchling, with the careless abandon of one whose greatest care is the next step of the game. He is capable of setting aside his cares and letting himself experience the full joy which is to be found in play.
Dutiful - Though Tzeth might not always be the most serious of dragons, his duty is sacred to him. Like his rider, he takes the defense of those he calls his own to be a matter of utmost importance and he is willing to put his life on the line for those he considers it his duty to protect. He is a dragon and when it all comes down to the final moments, he was born and bred to protect pern, even if that protection must be from itself.

Kaeri is a fairly averaged sized gold firelizard. She has a heavy felid build, more fierce mountain wildcat than pampered house cat.
Her colouring is a pretty shade of metallic gold with markings in a darker harvest gold shade. This more orange toned colour marks her wings and back, trailing down to cover her tail and forms socks on all four paws.
Personality:
Kaeri is a queen, that much is obvious simply to look at her, but her personality is anything but the stereotypical regal queenling. She is better described as a good natured, lovable sprawl of a flit. Oh, she'll be on you quick enough if she thinks your disrespectful, but she doesn't go out of her way to demand respect either. She knows what she is, why would she need constant confirmation of that fact? She can be very affectionate creature and quite protective of what she considers to be hers.
